Account is messed up
Please check my account.Shirley Keck. I received an email last week telling me I needed to add books to my November book. I went to bookshelf and. It said it did not open until November 9. There was no add photos tab so I assumed it would be there n the 9th. Nor the book went to ring with no photos. I had my daughter look at my book shelf too and she said to contact you. Also, I ordered two extra books in OCTOBER but they were coded to November. Please check my account and let me know what is going on. Thank you
