I was dealing with an error in starting my online account. I called in, like i had to the month prior , to fix my log in issue since I had to pay an extra fee the month before just to pay my bill . He was so awesome and had to go through multiple options before being able to solve the case . But did so kindly, calmly, and very professional. I'm totally impressed and say he gets a raise!
