I called for account info and was sent to person asking for info on recipient. The order had not been selected and I told Asalle that I wanted to call the florist in my area directly. He was not clear and we could not communicate. I hung up agitated! He needs training in connecting with people. He asked about my birthday flower order and I had never said anything about birthday. My occasion is get well and flowers had not yet been chosen. Taking my business elsewhere! User's recommendation: Don’t csll.
