Account confusion

I called Customer Service. The rep was pleasant but could not correct the problem. My new phone number is registered to another account holder and therefore the store discount was denied to me. She has given up the number and it was newly assigned to me two weeks ago. I was told by rep in Customer Service on the phone that I would need to speak to the store manager. I was also told that a note would be added to my account for a 10% (not the 20% in store) discount, but I will have to call back once the item is received before it can be applied. I am most interested in this problem of account confusion being cleared up so that this does not happen to me again. Debbie Meaux
