Account closure/Return of funds

I received an email from pockit saying "your funds will be returned to you by how the funds originated in the first place" this is not possible because I was topping up my account via paypoint from local paypoint outlets, I would like them to send my funds to my bank account, i want to give them my details for the return of my funds, but I'm not getting any response from them. Can you help?
