I have had the same experience recently as one of your other pissed comsumers. I wrote the company an email demanding a refund within 10 days. No response. I have given them 5 more days to reply to a second email from me asking what they intend to do. If that is ignored, I plan to contact Florida's Attorney General, the BBB in the city of the parent company, report them to as many internet sites that specialize in reporting on entities using fraudulent business practices. Once the federal government is up and running, I will also report them to the Federal Trade Commission. The last thing I will do, on advice of a consumer complaint specialist here in Washington is to file a non-emergency police report. Note that I use email to communicate, send myself a CC so that I have a running record of all communication (or lack thereof). Using the phone means you have to be able to record both ends f the conversation, if you are lucky enough to get thru to someone.
