Account access -lousy customer service

I have used this program, and generally been happy with it. Their prices are inflated, but that's a trade-off for the convenience of payroll deduction. I normally access my account through my phone. However, recently my phone went dead and I'm waiting on a replacement. Tried to access my account via my desktop. Their system didn't recognize it, and required verification via a code sent to my phone. When I tried to log in, I didn't remember the right password. Their system allowed me to CHANGE MY PASSWORD VIA MY EMAIL. I contacted customer service, and they are refusing access to my account, because I don't have a working phone to send a code to. So, I can change my account password via email, yet they can't use my email to send a verification code?? I'm taking my business elsewhere.
