I had my Mortgage with Franklin American Mtg.It was transferred over to Citizen One Home Loans. When I made my October Mtg Payment of $927.13 on September 30th I Accidently sent it to Franklin American Mtg via my BB&T Bank account. It posted out of my bank Account on October 2, 2020. I no longer have any account with Franklin Mtg. I have opened a Fraud Claim with BB&T and they will be contacting you as well. When they checked to see where the money went it shows it went to your company Cenlar at the same PO Box that Franklin Mtg was located ( PO Box 11733 Newark, NJ 07101-****). I called and spoke with various people with zero resolution. I am demanding that my money be credited back into my BB&T account immediately. User's recommendation: I would never recommend . Has been a nightmare tracking down my money.
