Accident in hotel parking lot

My vehicle was struck and damaged while parked in the parking lot of the hotel on 08/22/2020 between 8:30-11:30 pm by another resident at the hotel. The person who caused the accident did not leave a note on my car. I have asked the hotel manager 5 times to get video...
