lost my phone with my tesco banking app on - as if that was not irritating enough trying to pay my account was made so very difficult by Tesco's insistence on hiding their telephone number on the website, and their further insistence (via their really boring and longwinded interactive voice system) I have to pay online. The interactive voice system is brutal User's recommendation: Don't step out of line. do as the bank tell you or suffer the consequences. That's 40 mins of my life wasted TO PAY THEM MONEY.
