Accepted me and then dropped me!

Rick Garcia ran my license and accepted me. Two days later they send paperwork over for me to sign " saying they forgot to have me sign these" the next day a bill came for the next month. I call and ask why they are sending me a bill already and they say they dropped my insurance for an undisclosed accodent, and would i like them to forward me somewhere else. Their employees are ill qualified to their insurance policies, and its obvious they have no concern for peoples time as it took two hours to set up policy.Go somewhere else. You can see they have 200 and some odd number of complaints with nothing resolved.
