Accenture Customer Care Review

Its was crazy. They said our address was unrecognizable without calling or emailing us that our parcel is on the go. Ive could have save them! Ive chased through their website. Webmail chat not working and no one answered my email. ***. Not really a good experience for first timer like me. Im madly frustrated.
