Initially I went to the Valvoline location on North Bend Rd Cincinnati Ohio and was directed to a different location on Harrison Avenue, Cincinnati Ohio. Now I see that in itself was a scam. They took $140 of mines to charge the ac system which only worked for 20 miles!!! When I returned to the location, upset mind you, I was told that I would not get a refund and had the police called on me and was told not to come back to the location. Anyone reading this, NEVER GET YOUR CAR SERVICED FROM VALVOLINE!!! They are worthless souls who will take your money, know they didn't do the job, smile in your face, then call the police when you demand a refund for false services rendered.
