ac/dc converter 24v 600w [protected]-nd) delay etd date, not update re-delivery date

I would like to make a complaint against digi-key electronics singapore. I placed an order online on t26/8/2020 under sales order no. [protected]. It's been more than a month but I have yet to receive the ac/dc converter 24v 600w [protected]-nd). Initially, I used the live chat to follow up with my order and they responded, saying that the part was due to arrive approximately by sept 20th but had not arrived yet and so they would need to contact the vendor to get an updated delivery time. They mentioned that they would email the vendor to expedite the delivery the following week, when the part was back in stock. This week, i'm following up regarding this matter and they mentioned that they've not heard news from the manufacturer. For the past few days, i've tried emailing, live chatting, contacting the call center and they have not given me a proper response/answer. Please look into this matter and provide a satisfactory answer. Thanks.
