I have been calling CS for over a month now to check Ac and recently about furnace. But no one is getting back to me. CS hangs up my phone calls and when I call back it get disconnected quickly or I'm on hold for an hour and still no answer. Everytime I talk to some the bunce me to different phone number or just say ok we will leave a message to our manager. This is not acceptable. I'm very disappointed.
