At the salon on Indian School Rd., in Goodyear, AZ an employee has parked their personal vehicle I the handicapped space directly in front of the salon. It bears a cloth sign that advertises their sale prices, at the expense of handicapped persons. Local police said that since the vehicle bears a handicapped placard in the front window, they are not breaking the law. But there is only one handicapped space left. I am outraged at this shameful practice!
