Abundantly ignored, Unresolved unused ticket caused by a severely delayed bus.

I have tried so many times to contact Greyhound about this incident. I have emails that didn't resolve anything. I don't know what I did to deserve this. I remained courteous and compliant the entire time but still get nowhere each and every time I have tried to get any information about my money that I used to purchase a ticket online that Greyhound refused to compensate. It is wrong.
