ABT & Four Hands Furniture Outdoor $1000.00 Chair Cracking Just Over 30 Days

Complained to ABT seller and this is the email trail of complaint with this is not our problem response. 1st - Hello Ben, Hope all is well with you. This weekend my wife spotted a crack on one of the chairs. I am attaching a photo of it. We are not heavy people. I’m 185 and my wife is 130. These chairs sit under a covered 20x25 patio. The other two appear to be ok except one of them looks like the finish is wearing off. For the price of these chairs and to have waited as long as we did, we would have expected more from these chairs. We have the outdoor table and bench from the same manufacturer and have no problems with them. Please advise as to how this will be corrected. Ridiculous and our friends and family that are still in the Chicago area that we have referred them to you as well. This is from your website. Manufacturer Warranties When you buy from Abt, you get the full manufacturer's warranty since you are purchasing from an authorized internet retailer. All of our products come directly from the manufacturer. All products can be serviced under the manufacturer's warranty in our service shop or any other authorized repair center in the country (USA). All authorized online dealers receive the proper training/information on all current products to help the customer make an educated decision on the equipment being purchased. 6th- i never said you did not have a warranty, that is damage to the chair and the manuf warranty does not cover damage to the chair. 7th- This is not damage. It is lousy quality. It is a stress crack running up the chair. I have also sent this to Four Hands with your response. Please do not send me any other emails unless you can rectify this situation of a product that you sold to me and represent. Have a good day. Complaint to Four Hands with pictures. 1st- To Whom It May Concern: Please find below emails that have been going back and forth this morning. We are very disappointed in the way we have been handled with our issue by ABT. We have been a long standing customer of theirs for years and have spent thousands of dollars with them. This is just unacceptable, especially for a 1000.00 chair. To which, we have purchased three of them and have not seen the same thing occurring with the others except the wearing out of the stain and/or finish on the arm of another chair. We just received these on July 4th, 2018. We also have the table and bench of same make purchased from someone else and have not seen any issues with them. Just wanted you to be aware of how your company is being represented. Also, I can not recommend this product to anyone. 2nd By Me Again- Hello Again, Please find attached photo of your chair cracking and running up. Also, please find attached photo of our patio, which is 20x25 covered. This is so you can see that it is not being abused. Also, the chair in question is the middle one. It was also hard to spot because it was behind the cushion on lower right facing the chair.
