Absolutely unacceptable!

I was interested in this www.mypillow.com company because I saw their advertisement on TV. I decided to give it a try and ordered one pillow and was told that as a first time customer I would receive a second pillow absolutely free. Seemed like a great deal until they charged me for two pillows! I contacted customer service and asked what was going on. They did not reply for a long time. And when they finally did I did not receive an answer to my question. I wanted to get a refund but it seemed like they really did not care. Stay away from this fraudulent website! They lied to me and stole my money! Absolutely unacceptable!
