I’ve traveled the world and been in 3rd world hospitals none as bad as the ER at Virtua Mt holly. They are short staffed , unhygienic, verbally abusive, dismissive, rude and use 2 nurses and 2 import a doctors on each shift. Be wary. You will be waiting hours vomiting in the hallway even if you come by ambulance with a chronic pancreatic flare in agony with a failure to thrive diagnosis. God help you if you’re uninsured, you will be pushed to the bottom of the pile and can sit up to 12 hrs in the lobby then another 6 inside the hallway before a nurse done gossiping and w her coffee comes over looking disinterested and barks what’s wrong then another few hours before an import a doctor comes over speaking broken English and not making eye contact. If you made it this far you may get an IV a few blown veins and left for a few more hours before a vag if fluids is attached. Then comes the waiting between the doctor putting through the meds and the nurse getting them to you. But by this time you’re probably gone home after 6 hours without treatment wondering how much the bill will be laying on the gurney without treatment for 6 hours. I’d rather get my medical care in Syria this place sucks so much with unprofessional worker bees with the compassion of dirt. Especially hatchet face. Avoid any and all Virtua for Profit not People facility.
