Let’s just say their “customer service” if you want to call it that is completely useless. I ordered LED mirrors for my 17 superduty back in August of 2017 it’s now June of 2018 and they still haven’t sent me the correct set..oh they did send me another set that was wrong just like the first. And their reps do absolutely nothing to help they just tell me it will be another month each time I follow up. I will never buy another Recon product again. They deserve 0 stars in honesty.
