Absolute joke. Build time 8 months longer than told. $80k Pool starts falling apart 3 months after completion. Currently been chasing for 7 months for repairs after being told someone will contact us with repair plan every time we call. The last 2 months they have actually started to take the odd phone call and not just avoid like the previous 5 months. Stay clear. No accountability from anyone, always laying the blame on the previous contractors that worked on the job. Always have an excuse. The office staff act as if we weren't dealing with Blue Haven at all and at times have even requested we contact the contractors direct because they are not responding to Blue Haven. They Finally sent someone out with the plan to fix and they realised there is a structural crack in the concrete shell, now being told that we are expected to resupply all the tiles and refill the pool at our costs. Another couple of thousand wasted. Been told multiple times by different contractors (blue haven contractors) that the way the pool had been built in the first place is poor, poor workmanship and techniques. After 7 months of continually chasing to have the issue resolved, with the issue getting worse over this time we are now expected to resupply the materials and spend another couple of thousand dollars. By far the worst company we have ever dealt with, considering we have built multiple houses and commercial properties also this is not great. Stay Clear...
