Absolutely no response by managers to phone calls all day.

Needed Celebrex new RX as old one expired. Was informed by pharmacy that RX was DENIED. The TEAM that denied it is the worst team there and I have since changed teams. However, someone at the clinic should have seen all the physicians I have been to and the years I have had them as my doctors and had someone renew this RX. It isn't like it is a pain pill … just arthritis pill. User's recommendation: Do NOT even go there. They just want $$$ and won't return phone calls or fill prescriptions.
