I sent my sister a “pastel” posy as she had a bereavement. I am so horrified with what she received. I could have put together better from my own garden! There’s nothing “Pastel” about the flowers that were included- some common white daisies and a few red rosebuds. If I wanted white and red I would have ordered white and red! I can’t even make a complaint on their official website as their live chat is disabled! What a vile bunch of crooks! Never again!
