Absolutely horrid service.

Third time since July that my landline doesn't work. I am getting good at trouble shooting but...........I have been without a home phone for over 10 days and only got a call after 5 days when unfortunately, I had gone to the cottage so was unable to access my home. They must think folks just sit at home waiting for a call. Also, you CANNOT speak to an actual person!!!!! Had trouble with my TV in the past but they did get in touch with me within 48 hours which has not happened with my phone. I live alone and am a senior. Hope I dont' need 911!!!! User's recommendation: DO NOT become a customer of Comwave - especially phone but TV is not great either.
