My daughter wore a pair of shoes we bought at Shoe Dept Encore for 12 hours (she's a server) and had bloody feet after wearing them. I tried to rerurn them 2 days later. The manager at Shoe Dept Encore didn't care and refused to refund our money. I asked to speak to her boss and she said she was on vacation for an extended amount of time. I should have sent the shoe company the emergency room bill.. my daughter couldn't work for 2 days because her feet were so bad.
