Absolutely HORRIBLE customer treatment during an outage

I called THIRTEEN times regarding an outage. When I was treated back, I asked for a supervisor I was disconnected at least eight or nine times in a so-called transfer. when I drove to the local office and asked for a supervisor, the woman at the front desk laughed and told me that there is NO (ZERO) management personnel in the building.
