Our son goes to a charter school that uses French toast to provide their uniform needs. We placed our order on August 10, 2018 at 9:22 am due to we had not received any feedback other than the order confirmation we were told at that time it took 14 business days due to embroidery (order was for 4 shirts & 1 tie) and that the order would be shipped out by Aug 27th and we would receive an email when shipped. Well the week of the 27th I called back due still no email~I was then told I did not place my order until Aug 13 and it started processing on Aug 14th and that’s when the 14 days would begin and no one should have given me a date that they would be shipped by. I asked are they with French toast and was told yes, I asked how long does it take for them to get the order once placed online and was advised by the SUPERVISOR at that point that the order is received within 1 hour after placing it online. I told him I have a confirmation that my order was received on Aug 10 @ 9:22 am and offered to send him the confirmation in which he refused and stated it wouldn’t matter because that’s what their system says and that’s what they go by. I continued to ask well didn’t my confirmation come from your system as well. So I waited on today Sept 11 I called to check the status due to still no email and was advised my order was delievered last Wednesday, I asked about an email being sent as we live in apartments and it was delievered to the office, and was advised they can’t confirm if an email goes out to verify shipping or not due to its computerized. So I go to the office and get the order only to discover one of the shirts is not even embroidered. Now I’m really confused if it took this long for embroidery but one of them is t embroidered what was the hold up? Also the tie that we ordered size 4-7 kids looks as it is sized for an infant. I called and the girl said they will regain the shirt and send me a free label to send the blank shirt back, I asked about a time frame as we have already waited over a month and was advised she put a note for expedited 2-3 days. Now if it can be done in 2-3 days why did it take a month to begin with. This has been the absolute worse online ordering experience I have ever had and will only go through the school to purchase when they send out the opportunity from here on out.
