The line was forever, when I expressed my disappointment to the man he said I was hostile and he wouldn’t rent a car to me. I demanded a manager and she was as bad and asked for my credit card as with my name being long my first name was an initial so she said she would t talk emy card. She spoke loud and told me to get out of here . She was a disgusting person and as I have rented from them ma y times before those two individuals completely stopped me from ever again doing so.
