Absolutely disappointed!!!!

I’m a loyal customer of Ruth’s Chris restaurant for about 4 Years... and spent here around $96k or more, I literally went there 3-5 times a week, espatially on fridays we went there with friends for lunch around 2pm and dinner around 8pm.... Anyway, for a long time it was a restaurant to go to... On December 19th 2017 My friends and I were in Roseville, we were very hungry, dicided to walk in at around 4:30pn and just have a seat anywhere it was possible, Amanda is the one who welcomed us and told us that we can’t be seated right away since we didn’t make a reservation, but if we wait about 30 min, they would give us a table. It was 6 of us including 1,5 months old baby... we agreed to wait 30 min because it was reasonable! About 35 min later we asked Amanda if we can be seated, she apologized and told us that we still have to wait a little bit, I dicided to check if there was anything available, more then have of the restaurant was still empty around 5:05pm... but we were still waiting... around 5:45 we were not happy at all, so we asked for a manager, Eric Montoya told us he is a GM, we explained him the situation, tried not to show how frustrated we were, and asked him if he can do something to accommodate us, and a lot of tables were still available at that time... He assured us that he will take care of it and fix it... about 20 min later we called him again because he didn’t give us any update, he didn’t come to talk to us, so I asked Amanda, what is going on.. she called him again it took him around 25 min to come ... at that time I was not trying to be super nice, I asked him what the heck is going on, he asked me a question” did you make a reservation?” Seriously???!!! How can you even act like this, did he forget that he is talking to a person, that has common sense, you have to give a reasonable answer and update???!!!! This was absolutely rude and ridicules reply... Finaly with the smile on his face he tells me that we can get a table at around 9:20pm.... Again, I spent at Ruth’s Chris over $90k ... this is absolutely low class of a customer service at Roseville Ruth’s Chris... If Eric Montoya really is a General Manager that absolutely disrespected my friends with a little baby, my wife and me... What can you expect from regular servers... Since then I have no interest in going there... I feel absolutely offended by Eric Montoya... we had to leave at around 7 pm so total time we spent there is around 2,5 hours... I expect the company to give us a voucher for six people, Even though I don’t need financial help, it just what I think is right to do. If I don’t get a response, I think it will be absolutely fair if all my friends who experienced this and I will leave reviews on yelp and google... For now Ruth’s Chris still has a 5star review from me and my friends... I didn’t want to change my review right the way, because I don’t believe that company has the same way of customer crevice like Eric Montoya...
