Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced

The freight was given to them erroneously. Their call center wait time before answering was 55 minutes. They wouldn't give the address of their terminal over the phone until the freight charges were paid. The addresses are on their website and public info. They wouldn't even agree to hold the freight on their dock until the charges were paid. The service rep said she would email charges for payment - she didn't. Their charge was 3x another carrier's. Their transport took 2x as long as another carrier's. Were they to go out of business tomorrow it would be far too late. 55 minute wait time and unfriendly and unhelpful!
