We used this service for 3 days in Sequoia National Park, CA... made several calls to a number in California. This company appears to charge $25 for the first minute... our bill was almost $250. We started using quarters since this company only allows you to use your credit card 3 times. The calls with quarters cost us $1.00 for every 4 minutes. For Legacy Inmate Communications to be allowed to operate in a National Park is a disgrace. They don't post their charges on the phone... when I complained to the company they told me their rates are listed under option 4. This is fraud... they steal your money. They don't list their name on the telephone... if they did... with the word "Inmate"... we would have certainly not used their service.
