Absolute rip-off

*SOLVED

I purchased travel insurance thru AON for a Royal Carribean cruise. They have given me the run-around for over 3 months-I suppose hoping to wear me down so they don't have to pay. I had back surgery in December. No one told me about a 60-day look-back time frame, and I may have missed that cut by a day. This is the biggest rip-off ever-do not trust these people!
