absolute lack of interest in resolving complaints

An account from the hospital was sent to an incorrect address for 5 months. When Millpark eventually got the details correct and we received the account we paid within a day. Two weeks later the accounts department blacklists me. I contacted Anita Grobler asking for resolution last week Thursday. Email was sent to Sarah Eavening. No response. I called this past Monday and requested Kobus Venter to call me to resoklve the issue, no response. Absolutely disgusting. Will this lack of care attitude enventually flow through to the medical staff, I hope not?
