Absence of Customer Service

A Birmingham Bench was delivered to me on July 28. When we were preparing to assemble the bench for use, we discovered that the hardware needed to assemble the bench was not included in the box. After emailing customer service three times, getting a different explanation each time, the hardware still has not been delivered. I was even refunded the $20 extra delivery fee! It seems that it would be an easy fix. Just take the hardware we needed from one of the benches you have in stock and send it to me. That way you would be taking care of an existing customer, rather than holding on for a future customer. At this point, you have lost me as a future customer. I have been patient to the extreme!! User's recommendation: Until my problem has been taken care of, I cannot recommend Plow & Hearth.
