about the message from 22220

What is this?!!! "Subscription Reminder. RM2/week. 3 videos/week. Auto renewal on 21/9/19 unless cancelled. To cancel, send STOP SM to 22220." I didn't subscribed anything ! But it always auto renewal and charge the money ! And I sent 3 times the "STOP" but not work! My phone number is [protected], can you please help me solve this problem and give back my money, thks !
