I loved the picture but the letters are a different design and to me it looks miss spelled but customer service said wait's right so there for I just gave it to me sister since no worries it didn't matter to customer service that I wasn't satisfied. Thanks SHUTTERFLY!!! User's recommendation: I have to think about that.
