I have spoken with the store manager about my loan items, I have told the store manager that I will be in your store by Saturday morning for to do the extension and I have promised with him. But this evening I have received a phone call from the ez pawn and their one of the employee told me that your items are for sale now. My mom was in the ICU and I was with her in the hospital. Thats why I couldnt make my payment. But I dont wanna sale my none of the items. And they took my stuff out without my permission. And Im very disappointed And the items are in the Rosenberg location. now and Im very upset now.
