About my broken sunglasses

I couldnt get thru to talk to anyone. It didnt give me that option but I would like to. My moms costa glasses had one side break off & I was trying to help her see how to get them fixed. We bought another pair today at Academia but her broken ones are her favorite.

》 I need to talk to someone. I keep getting cutoff when I do the chat. Not happy with this issue. No one can tell me what happened to my 2 pairs of costa sunglasses I sent in 2 months ago.

》 Costa does not stand up to their warranty and the quality has diminished sense another company bought it.
