I ordered product over 2 weeks ago. Received three emails. One stating that the product had been shipped to Montana. The other that had shipped to my address in Glendale Az. So far no product. No number to contact Monster Hair. And have emailed an Alex with no return email. Today they said product was delivered. I still dont have it. Its almost 50.00. Im so sorry i trusted this incompetent company. They are horrible. Next call is to Better Business Bureau. Im out the money no pruduct. Im going to report them to every agency possible. Also to the News.
