Abolute Junk

In 2014 I purchased a Jayco SLX 185BH new after 4 years of owning it I noticed a soft spot in the floor when I took it to the dealership they said it would cost 14,000 to fix and I paid 19,000 for it. They said the whole floor would need to be replaced. Jayco or the dealership would do nothing for any goodwill. My guess is the trailer was most likely leaking from the time I purchased it. I had private insurance but they said they would not cover it as it was caused from continuous leaking and most likely a manufacturer defect. There was never any indication of water leaking from under the trailer or on the vinyl floor whatever was going on the OSB kept soaking up the water until a soft spot developed. As a Jayco customer I am absolutely pissed off that a 19,000 dollar trailer is garbage after 4 years. Here are a few photo`s as proof
