Update by user Mar 24, 2011 Misleading Website Ad...Impossible to confirm order or reach company...See the ad..it lists the specs of the PRO Model on the left, and the 5 Easy Payments on the right...that is no the model on sale...see the Red vs. Blue AbCoaster sticker logo on the front of the machines? The red one is the cheap base model, the blue one is the btter PRO model...you have to figure that out for yourself...order the more expensive Blue Model, and get confirmed for the Red base model...can you straighten this out? NOOOOO..because you cannot reach this company at all after the sale. Original review posted by user Mar 24, 2011 This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in years! Montel Williams is a great ad person, and maybe this is a great product, but ordering it is almost impossible. This company has no person to contact in New Jersey, where they are supposed to be. You place an order with 3rd party operators who know little about the product or pricing. Watch out!!! There are two home models, the cheap one and the PRO model. They are trying to sell the cheap one for the 5 easy payments. After 3 calls and 5 hours of questions I finally determined that I could upgrade to buy the PRO model for $9.99 more per payment and additional shipping. Think that was it?NOOOOOO For days you will get calls from the sales people making sure they sold it to you. Then you get an e-mail order confirmation that DOES NOT REFLECT THE ITEM YOU ORDERED, OR THE EASY PAYMENT SCHEDULE. But try to call and straightem it out. Think you can? NOOOO The customer service is a bunch of lying uninformed difficult to understand people in INDIA. Can you speak to someone to send you the correct confirmation, NOOOO. They promise an e-mail, but you don't get it. You are put on hold while they speak to a supervisor. When you ask for a contact number or e-mail to send to actual company, NOOOOO. What do the sales people say...they know nothing ...do not even know what the item# means on the confirmation...why does it say single payment and not 5 easy payments on confirmation...don't know... What is their final resolution to this...you can CANCEL YOUR ORDER AND START ALL OVER AGAIN!!! What a bunch of *** This is an unprofessional company that will drive you crazy trying to do business with them. They cannot be contacted at all in any way. The customer service in India cannot help you, the sales number cannot help you, once you place the order it will not only NOT BE CONFIRMED but it will be BACKORDERED and CONFIRMED INCORRECTLY and there is NO WAY TO RESOLVE THIS. I am five days and about 20 hours of agony into this company now trying to get this item ordered and confirmed properly...I bought the AbCoasterPro for $112.96 first paymenbt, and then 4 payments of $65.98 per month. This included the extended 6 year warranty ( yah, FROM WHOM...I CAN IMAGINE WHAT WOULD HAPPEN IF THERE WERE WARRANTY PROBLEMS!!!) My confirmation says I bought the Ab Coaster regular model for a single payment of $376.88 ( includes extended 6 year warranty ). NOT QUITE THE SAME IS IT?!@ I am waiting for a "call back" from India..hahaha...will keep you posted...they said to wait 24-48 hours...yeah right, until they hit my credit catd with $ 112.86. These people are a buch of *** artists in my opinion...WILL KEEP YOU POSTED!
