Paid to get ABC Mouse nearly a year ago for my granddaughter nearly a year ago. She seldom used the online product and so I find it a waste of money. Apparently, ABC Mouse may have thought I had interest in renewing. I do not have an interest in this product. Please have ABC Mouse return my $59.95 withdrawn from my account without my permission on 11/22/2017. My name is Carla Wilson-Redden
