I ordered ab circle pro from their website the next morning i called them to cancel my order, they said that my order is not yet in their system to call back the day after. I called back the next day to cancel. They ask me why do i want to cancel my order so i explain my reason. They offer me $40 off the price, so i said no thanks. They then told me that they cannot cancel my order because it's already package to ship. That i would have to wait until it comes to my house and then return it back to them unopened. I asked them since it's not shipped as yet why let it come all the way here and then ill have to send it back. Why not just cancel the order? I told them that customer service the day before said to call back today to cancel the order that it would be ok. Long story short they are trying to ripping me off $250.00. I guess there tactic was to send the package anyways and if i do not return it within the given time which is 24 hrs then ill be screw. My word of advice is, get the ad circle pro on bay for $150 less for the same original machine...
