Booked a room January 16th through AAA travel. Our plans have changed slightly so I tried to cancel our reservation (two weeks before our arrival), but have been told that we cannot cancel. The reservation agreement did not adequately disclose that we could not cancel. Since I elected to NOT purchase travel insurance on this transaction (for an additional $9) then we have no recourse. When I spoke with AAA the young man tried to talk over me and could/would not connect me with a supervisor. I believe collecting money for services not rendered is theft! Stay away from AAA Travel! Clearly they are out to rip people off!
