AAA japanese imports- will not refund our money

I work for a mechanic shop, I am the service writer/ parts person. I purchased a motor from this company they said it would be here in three days they charged my card so I called to get a tracking number. Dina the owner said she would get one and e mail it to me. Several days later still no tracking number, she told me again she would e mail it right away. When I didn't get it by lunch time I tried to call her again and someone in her office said she was in a meeting that she would call me back. She never did I then began calling asking for a refund no tracking number I wanted a refund. She told me we would just have to send the motor back to get a refund. I then called Southeastern frieght they told me nothing had been shipped to us from them without a tracking number they look it up by address. I then waited until the next day and called southeastern frieght again they said it had been shipped but it was after I told her I wanted a refund the day prior she shipped it out that night. They told me shipping would be free when SEF brought the motor over a week after my card was charged and almost two weeks since I ordered it they wanted 200 dollars. When the motor got here it was damaged it looked like someone had dropped it so we sent it back and since we had so many problems with the owner we didn't want to trust the motor would be good anyway or that she would stand by any warranty. Now it has been 3 weeks and she told me she returned the money to the card but we have not recieved any refund. She was extremely rude everytime I talked to her and they have no problem charging you money but good luck getting back. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY SHE WILL RIP YOU OFF FOR EVERY PENNY SHE CAN.
