AAA Japaneese Imports – Unethical

Purchased transmission Jan 2012. Was told shipping was free on 1st purchase, they billed me anyway, when contacted said they would credit us. They never did. Had transmission installed by ASE certified mechanic. Transmission was bad. Had to pay to have it removed and sent back. When they got it they said the transmission was fine. How did they know? VISUAL inspection! They don't test these things! They never installed it in a car. They claimed our mechanic did it wrong. Refused to refund at 1st, then tried to charge us 20% restocking fee in addition to shipping charges. Now they have their transmission back and have not refunded us one penny of what we have paid them. They keep telling us the will give us a credit but it never appears...
