I, Karen Smutny paid carmoves $1,195.00 to haul a vehicle to Orland, Ca. I purchased a 1973 Dodge Power Wagon for my nephew on 4-1-08. They refused to adhere to their contract. A Debora Sechler contacted us for more money once they accepted our payment. It is more than a reasonable amount of time, & I am waiting for a full refund into my citi cards account. CarMoves has been contacted numerous times by my brother ( John Smutny) ,who lives in CA. He helped me with the transaction. Now my nephew is very dissapointed with any car moving companies in the U.S. Debora Sechler e-mailed us "WE ARE NOT BOUND BY LAW TO THE PRICE QUOTED"
