I was at A A Best Bails Bonds, the one located across from Bexar County Jail, trying to get help to resolve a serious matter as a paying customer. While patiently waiting, a gentleman named Lorenzo ate tacos over his keyboard, while assisting a few other guests with paperwork without washing his hands. During this time a man walked in with a sack full of expensive jerseys, saying how much they originally cost. Lorenzo bought one of these jerseys for $25, & the man selling them thanked him for always buying and stated he'd be back, and that another employee there still owed him money. Sonya was unprofessional and rude. She was supposed to be helping me and she barely came out to say anything, gave me a bunch of unnecessary paperwork. We took our business elsewhere.
