A visa transaction was made without any confirmation on hotel booking

I received a credit card transaction confirmation from the bank stating that we have spent USD 75.83 on 13/04/2017 at OTEL.COM. When arriving at the Novotel hotel in Fujairah (UAE) there was no booking/reservation made threw Otel.com. When I called the call center they said that NO transaction was made and NO hotel was booked and to send a complaint email threw your website. Therefor please refund us the money. ***Transaction photo is attached. Awaiting your promp action and reply.
